So frustrating...

Jul. 4th, 2009 | 11:54 pm

How do you get someone to see the big picture?

It's frustrating trying to do so.

Have to open your eyes, your mind...see what's hapenning around you.

You being stubborn ..your ignorance is really making me frustrated.

I am Ramen Girl

May. 7th, 2009 | 10:44 pm

So I watched Ramen Girl
Somehow I feel I should find my path too
Yes, I worked hard at my current job for almost 3 years
But if I am about to embark on a new journey in life
I need something new in my career as well
I am going to be Ramen girl

First thing to do, go to Japan
Alright, so making ramen is not my calling
I hope my visit there will inspire and motivate me just as in the movie
I want to do something new...something I like

I am finally going to Japan! Tokyo to be exact. Thank you, Hensem!
You do so much to make me happy.

If I haven't told you enough,
I want to tell you again and again

I love you.
So much.

Packing and leaving home...

Apr. 12th, 2009 | 10:16 pm

Dont worry guys... I'm not running away from home

Apparently, I have been kicked out...hehe

Some ppl cant wait to see me get married and leave home...

Thanks eh siblings..I can feel the love...

I have started packing my stuff and have managed to move some boxes to the new abode...

Bittersweet moment for me...

The last time I packed my stuff, I was getting ready for my 2 years in Aust.. but at least I knew that I still had my place at home when I came back...

Now new plans are in place..they take effect as soon as I get married and leave home...hehe...sad I know...

How do you pack your own stuff from the only home you know...

I am building a new home... with my hensem.

As I pack, I reminisce...so many memories

I guess you can make new ones...in the new house

A brand new start awaits me...my own home.

Enough

Mar. 26th, 2009 | 09:52 am

It gets really pointless when arguments revolve around the same old thing.

This incidates that the problem is not solved.

Constant reminders have become a series of nagging sessions.

But it seems that all these have fallen on deaf ears.

If you think that every comment I make is a jab to your feelings and ego

Then you better keep your ego in check, I suggest you take it as constructive criticism.

If you feel pressured, then it really means that you are performing below standard

People have expectations, you either meet it or you disappoint. Yes, expectations are subjective. But there are such things as compromise, mutual respect and equality. This is where two people come to find the perfect balance to meet each others’ expectations.

Don’t misconstrue everything that comes out of my mouth

I say it as it is…no sugar- coating, no beating around the bush.

Brutal honest truth. If you can’t handle it, you are only being ignorant.

Everyone has faults and nobody is perfect – but I am trying my damn best

You should too…

Clinical Drama

Mar. 11th, 2009 | 10:11 am

In an earlier post, I mentioned that I sprained my ankle...

Oh it didn't just end there...

After 10 days of limping and a swollen foot, I decided that a 'tukang urut' would do the job...

Cutting the story short... it appears that I am allergic to the ointment that was used so that doubled the swelling and it started itching much...

Such bad luck...anyway, story doesnt just end there...

Finally decided that I had to see a doctor bout the swollen foot...results from the sprain and the allergic reaction...

Doc gave some medicine...lo and behold...gave me painkillers that I was allergic to..

Hehe...talk about drama right...a whole string of events that leads to the following:

1) swollen eyes as a result of the allergic reaction to the meds
2) called the doc about the adverse reaction..was told to stop eating meds
3) swelling didnt go down...rushed to A&E..
4) cute 'malay' doc attended to me...gave me a jab..put me under observation..
Anyway, with my swollen eyes..I could still check the A&E doc's name..Muhammad Adib...hehe
5) My clinic doc called to apologise...and called again a few times to check up on me

Conclusion to the story, I was wrongly diagnosed..despite clearly stating my allergies in the file...the clinic doc gave me the wrong meds that clearly gave me such a reaction. We will be complaining... I think I have a valid case right?

So from a sprained ankle ..to swollen foot...to a swollen face...
And 3 days MC...what luck!
